What we can move

For supported hosting accounts, migration covers website files, databases and email accounts. Tell us about your current host, control panel, website platform and email setup so we can confirm the scope before starting. Migrations are carried out on a best-effort basis.

Sites built on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and similar hosted builders cannot simply be transferred as a complete working site. Moving them normally requires rebuilding the website. Contact us to discuss your situation.

How the move works

1. Review your setup. We confirm what can move and which hosting plan has enough storage and website capacity.
2. Copy and test. Keep your old hosting active while files, databases and supported email accounts are copied and the site is checked.
3. Switch your domain. Once the new site is ready, update the domain’s DNS settings. Changes can take time to reach all visitors and email systems.
4. Confirm the result. Check your website and email before cancelling your old hosting. Keep a copy of important files and messages.

Plan for email and changing content

During DNS changes, some mail can reach the old server while other messages reach the new one. Keep access to both until the transition is complete. Let us know about online stores, bookings or frequently changing databases so we can discuss how to handle changes made during the move.

Testing before the switch helps reduce disruption, but migration is not a guarantee of zero downtime or zero data loss.

Request your migration

Existing customers can open a support request in their portal. If you are choosing a host, send us your current website address and hosting details. Please do not email passwords; we will arrange the access needed for the move.
