BrenCor Digital Enterprises Inc. operates multiple technology services, including HostMoose (web hosting and website management) and MooseMailer (email deliverability and messaging tools). These services are part of a single platform operated by BrenCor.

Personal information, domain information, and technical data may be processed across these services where necessary to provide, secure, support, or improve the services you have purchased or accessed. Data is not shared between services for unrelated purposes.

BrenCor Digital Enterprises Inc. ("BrenCor," "we," "our," "us") operates HostMoose, a hosting and website management service ("HostMoose," "the Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use HostMoose.

1.2 Payment Information

All payments and checkout transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. HostMoose does not collect, process, or store any credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details on our servers.

When you complete a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance (the highest level of payment security certification) for secure payment processing.

We only receive limited payment information from Stripe necessary for billing purposes, such as:

• The last 4 digits of your payment card
• Card expiration date
• Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Billing address
• Payment status and transaction IDs

Your full credit card number, CVV, and other sensitive financial data remain solely with Stripe and are never accessible to HostMoose.

We may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Log files, error reports, and performance data
• Usage information relating to the HostMoose dashboard and tools

1.4 Customer Website Data

When you host a website with HostMoose, we store files, databases, and related content you upload for the purpose of providing the Service. We generally do not access your website content unless:

• You request support or troubleshooting
• We detect a security or abuse issue
• We are required to do so by law

1.5 Domain and Email-Related Data

If you use email-related features, including deliverability monitoring, DNS inspection, or domain authentication tools (whether branded as HostMoose or MooseMailer), we may collect and process:

• DNS records related to email delivery (such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
• Email sending configuration metadata
• Technical diagnostics related to email reputation and deliverability

We do not access or store email message content or recipient data unless you explicitly use an email-sending service that requires such processing.
